Idea Submission for The People's Money:
    \n
\"Scholarship Strategy Workshops. \nCollege advisors in NYC Schools are charged with helping students apply for institutions of higher learning and encourage students to complete the fafsa, however they don't always focus on teaching these same students how to make themselves better candidates for scholarships and educational grants. As a DOE and Queens Public Library vendor, the nonprofit organization Practical Knowledge INC. answers that call by conducting scholarship workshops for youth serving organizations and works with students helping them strengthen their essays, interactive interview skill development, etc. By arming students with the tools to better position them for scholarship success, the funding they attract in scholarship aid helps to offset the amount of student loan debt they incur while pursuing a college education.\"

What is the problem your idea aims to address?
    \n
Student loan debt that's thrust upon students, many of those who are in a financial position where they have to enter into loan agreements to further their education beyond high school.
