Intergenerational Program: Storytelling From The Bronx - Past, Present, and Future
- Idea Submission for The People's Money:
- Bridge the gap in community connections and storytelling in the Bronx by creating public programs that bring together Bronxites of all ages to share experiences, celebrate diversity, and build a more inclusive and compassionate community. A year program to be hosted regionally to create a sense of community and connection among Bronxites. Preserve and celebrate the diverse experiences and stories of the Bronx's first to fifth generations and more by exploring current experiences and issues. Break down neighborhood insularity and foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of the borough's cultural richness. Envisioning and shaping the future of The Bronx.
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
