Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Community gardening program that incorporates (1) educational workshops / activities around growing food (community self-sufficiency), green thumb skills, construction (carpentry) skills for building sheds, planters, etc. and (2) mental health therapy by incorporating care for animals like chickens or goats which can be used to clean up the garden. This can be an expansion of an existing program. 
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
There are many people with mental health issues dealing with trauma. Community health concerns should also include food and nutrition.
