Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Job training for immigrant women that are support their families financially. However the training would be given by an individual from similar cultural background/speak their language, The training for simple entry-level positions (Walmart associate, CVS, Walgreens, target, office cleric, etc). The goal of this job training is 2-fold: 1) To prepare the individual to enter the job market 2) Help them learn english while training
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: This program can help bridge the gap for people of all ages and backgrounds to help them acquainted with learning basic training for jobs with people that speak the same language as them. A peer to peer workshop can provide a vital role in getting people back to work through learning how to be comfortable with computers and english.
