A program should be funded for young adults ages 17-30 where they could apply and be set up with classes that provide proper training and guarantees a job afterwards.

With young adults coming freshly out of school, transitioning into the work force could be very difficult. Finding a well paying job is hard because businesses don't have enough money to sustain themselves and raise wages to adjust inflation.
