Supporting teens on public transportation

So many teens waste their youth subway surfing, if we put our minds and money to it we can prevent teens from losing their lives. As well as in class prevention lessons and support for teens who have experienced a loss or a friend that subway surfs.

I believe it should receive more funding as it will affect everyone in the city and the train stations, for example, how become more dangerous for teens and those who use public transport.
