Small business shark tank

Have the wealthy local individuals of the community, run a community shark tank so local business can pitch their ideas and these "sharks" can provide funding.

America was built on small businesses. All big corporations were once a small business. so in order to imrpve the state economy, its important to invest in our small and local business.
