- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- Residents in our community are experiencing worsening mental health challenges, and there are limited solutions available to address these issues. Pregnant and new mothers are particularly vulnerable, facing social isolation and a lack of accessible mental health resources. Post-partum depression (PPD) affects approximately 1 in 7 mothers, leading to long-term consequences for both parent and child if untreated. Early intervention and community support are critical to preventing these outcomes.
