Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Passenger van service that transports folks to workplaces while providing 20 minute enrichment lessons to and from work on things such as ESOL practice, narcan training, or other skill gaps.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: Staten Island has uneven transportation access - particularly in the North Shore. This idea would transport workers to workplaces and providing bite-sized skill trainings during the commute.
