Youth Preserving Neighborhood Character

- Idea Submission for The People's Money:
- A neighborhood character preservation program that pays youth a stipend to map the small businesses in their community, especially the legacy ones. The youth can do outreach and provide local businesses with resources regarding small business services. Businesses that offer entrepreneur and youth mentorship opportunities should be highlighted.
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- The character and quality of life of a neighborhood suffers when older small businesses leave, retire, or are unable to stay.
