Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Some community members can host regular health-education talks to teach people about exercise, healthy eating, and overall wellness. In addition, doctors or medical professionals could volunteer to provide basic check-ups for individuals whose insurance does not cover certain services. Workshops for small businesses to let them know about affordable group health insurance plans and how they to provide health insurance for their workers
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
People not eligible for medicaid still need affordable Health insurance coverage. Also, people who work for Small businesses need better health insurance and access to public health programs. Small businesses face challenges, --high premiums or limited choices.
