Idea Submission for The People's Money:
The city should create career readiness, initiatives, and programs to help student students age 16 to 18 prepare for life after high school, including hands-on workshops, career, fairs, and trainings. This initiative would partner with local high schools, businesses, and organizations to give juniors and seniors real opportunities to explore different career paths.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Student should understand a wide of career options available to them, and should feel prepared and confident in entering the workforce as emerging young adults.
