Subway Emergency Hotline

Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Add dedicated hotline / emergency pole / button at highly frequented subway platforms (or all of them) to allow riders to quickly report / call for help in emergency situations / instances of assault to authorities and for immediate alert of their location.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
There has been an increase in crime during the daytime on subways from sexual harassment, to sexual assault to many other crimes. It is discouraging and we've noticed many stories on social media of people sharing about their fear.
