More health funding and shelters

Receiving more funding for health and wellbeing is beneficial to all living things. This causes a change because someone can go from losing their life to saving their life by getting medication. This should be a right to all New Yorkers.

This topic should receive more funding because medical issues aren't cheap they are expensive and its' needed to treat humans and animals.
