Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Free OMNY cards for CUNY college students who have an attendance of 70% or more to encourage attending classes. Cards will be provided for all students at the start of the semester and deactivated if they go below the attendance percentage.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Because college students already pay for college they shouldn't have to pay to get there too.
