Youth Hub: NYC’s First 24-Hour Hybrid Empowerment Hub for Ages 0–25

The Youth Hub will be NYC’s first-ever 24-hour hybrid empowerment hub serving young people ages 0–25, available in every borough and supported by a citywide digital platform. This innovative model blends an out-of-school-time destination with an emergency support system, ensuring youth have continuous access to safety, mentorship, wellness, enrichment, and opportunity. Every young person who enters—whether in person or online—will be paired with a Life Advisor, a trusted, trained adult dedicated to guiding them through personalized goals and challenges. Through the Youth Hub, participants gain instant access to a network of vetted community-based organizations, offering wraparound services including academics, mental health, mentorship, arts, recreation, crisis support, entrepreneurship training, and family stabilization. The Youth Hub will feature: • Nutrition & wellness labs teaching “food as medicine” • Trauma-informed counseling and emotional wellness support • Career & entrepreneurship pipelines for wealth-building • Financial literacy & generational wealth workshops • Peer mentorship, youth leadership tracks & empowerment circles • Recreation, arts, and safe after-hours spaces • Crisis and emergency stabilization services • Special-needs–inclusive programming with tailored supports • Digital access for remote youth citywide This Hub is designed to be a place of refuge, belonging, and transformation, where youth are seen, heard, and supported—24 hours a day.
