Idea Submission for The People's Money:: A program to help keep parks clean. Add security guards throughout the day. Add a personal trainer on Fridays and Saturdays. A basketball and soccer coach Monday-Thursday.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: This area should receive more fundings because things are always changing. Prices are going up in NYC so we must go up as well. Also to incorporate more ideas.
