Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Create and expand workshops to low income and crime infested places to get kids off the streets.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: Because Arts and Culture within the city is dying as there is barely and curiosity towards the wide variety of Arts as racial discrimination has clouded people to not even participate in such arts. That will be the demise of such as people lose their fire to disseminate their knowledge for their passion which creates a generation of kids who does not care for their culture.
