Idea Submission for The People's Money:: An afterschool program meeting 2x/wk in 30 schools in 5 different areas of the Bronx. We can utilize volunteer groups, such as Americare to stretch fundings as much as possible.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: We want phonics to be taught to all children grades 3k-5 in public after school programs to help set the foundation of a successful school career.
