Idea Submission for The People's Money:
A community based legal clinic for immigrants on Staten Island that provides low-cost and no-cost services such as legal representation and complex asylum and youth (SIJS) cases and administrative support for pro se cases and applications like work permits for asylees. The budget will fund a lawyer 1/2 time and an admin 1/2 time that will hold resource clinics in community locations like churches and non-profits.
