Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Workshops with situation-specific role play activities so people can learn and practice in a non-intimidating environment. Take suggestions from the group for the specific situations they want to work on, like a doctors appointment. Provide translation services to people free for documents and live translation where possible for appointments.
