Idea Submission for The People's Money:: A voucher-based discount program would make weekend and summer movie tickets more affordable for families and young people. Half of all weekend tickets, including food bundles, would be offered at a discount through 20,000 vouchers sold to companies at $10 each. Public libraries would distribute additional vouchers so library card holders can access these discounted tickets.
