Police presence, interpreter in all languages on 911, always associate the police convoy with interpreters who will take the time to properly explain to the accused the reasons for their arrest
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
The Bronx needs a greater police presence in parks and remote areas because every 20 minutes we witness shooting with lethal weapons.
