Idea Submission for The People's Money:
In the Bronx I think that we should specifically increase the culture because it allows future generations to also understand where they come from, what they will advance in the future. For immigrants and natives, it's part of helping culture.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Arts and culture stop people from understanding where they come from, where they're going. I think we should increase the percentage to 95%
