Mental Health Room (MHR) nyc

Idea Submission for The People's Money:
I want to create a Mental Health Room (MHR) in libraries or community centers. MHR will have massage chairs, soft lights, calm music, and materials for stress relief. People can take a short break, relax, and feel safe. There can also be simple mental health workshops and short visits from counselors. This program will help our community stay healthy and reduce stress for many families.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Many people in NYC feel a lot of stress, anxiety and emotional pressure. They cannot afford therapy or don't know where to get help. Free MHR can give people a safe and quiet place to relax, reduce stress, and feel better.
