Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Have libraries hold information nights/tutoring for certain subjects (especially history) so that children can succeed. Sex education is also important (which plays into health and wellbeing) So have libraries and others have daily sessions

Education is the shield from many things, it offers opportunity and opens people to new perspectives that shields them from ignorance and blackness to certain things.
