- Tailored activity pipeline! Our proposal is to create tailored extracurricular activities that not only prepare kids for the workforce but pursue and entry level "job" they're passionate in. This opportunity will give students hands-on experience, resume building, a new social environment, and another way to pursue a new passion! Professional development and fun! Practicing job interviews, job search, resume prep, and networking assistance.
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- Education should receive more funding because the funding can be seen as disproportional depending on the demographic/area. Education is really significant so it should be equitable for all. Schools and afterschool programs are a safe haven and a place where students not only learn new things but develop social skills.
