Idea Submission for The People's Money:
We suggest kids in foster care get a say for who adopts them for one week. Where the kids will receive an anonymous website where they can submit a report weekly/monthly to let the foster care/city know if they are in need of help. And for kids that give concerning reports they can receive therapy in foster care.
