After-school program

One idea would be to create programs jointly with schools and parents to recruit high school students as tutors for after-school students, and to create incentives for the top-performing students.

This program should receive more funding because many students who are not selected in the lottery or do not qualify for after-school programs are left out, which leads to poor grades and, consequently, problems in their studies
