Throughout four deliberation sessions, Assembly Members decided to advance this idea to one of the final borough ballots for New Yorkers to vote on. The idea has been edited by Assembly Members and CEC staff to fit ballot character limits and remove all references to specific institutions and geographies. Here is the final idea title and description as it will appear on the ballot:

- TRANSLATED: Mobil Art Center of Queens Bus full of multidisciplinary art resources and materials that moves around neighborhoods in the borough. it will serve as space for workshops and community exhibitions that goes to the people instead of making the people come to it: an opportunity for people excluded from the art space to be at the center of creations and exhibitions.

- TRANSLATED: art is healing and should be democratic, educative, and decentralized. also, it helps strengthen bonds of support and belonging among vulnerable communities such as immigrant, Latin American, elderly, and disabled communities.
