Navigating Community Resources & Supports for Seniors

We want to see a series of workshops that teach older adults how to access and utilize supports such as housing and home health aides and also connect them to these supports through direct referral.

There is a lack of programs that help seniors across housing, home health aides, and other mental and behavioral health support.
