Idea Submission for The People's Money:
A financial literacy program that teaches low income New Yorkers practical skills like budgeting, credit building, and avoiding predatory financial services using real NYC cost-of-living examples. The program would include hands on activities and one-on-one support, including connections to free city and non-profit resources to help participants stabilize and grow their finances.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
