More funding for shelters

Give more funding for homeless shelters, also integrate and assist mental health or even substance addiction programs into the shelters. Make sure the people who are dangers to others get separate single rooms to avoid conflict and fear of living in homeless shelters. Include on site first aid nurse office to treat minor wounds that could bring people to hospitals if something serious happens.

A big reason why homeless people don't want to go in a shelter is because of mental health. They could fear living in such a cramped space or even be a danger to others, further increasing the fear of living in a shelter. I want there to be more funding for shelters of all kinds (specifically homeless shelters) and maybe also include a mental health program, anything to lower their stress
