Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Provide money for language education. Students can get paid to tutor other students in need and help their english get better. Students need a good education and get more money on it for they can be able to do good in the future with their English.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Because people who are alien get treated bad and get judged because they can't speak English good. Students need more funding because it helps students in need get the education they need.
