Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Create a city program for free entreis to marathons. Running is healthy, and the NYC marathon earlier this week sort of inspires me, but seeing of much it cost to run really shocked me. I know it's for clarify so the money for this government program should just pay the entry fee for people who demonstrate good intent. The point of marathons is to spread awareness; the more runners, the larger the event, and the greater the news coverage and donations.
