Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Provide child services and care to parents. More funding for programs within the shelters to relieve stress.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
The living conditions in homeless shelters can get nasty and unsanitary, especially for babies and kids. There are also a lot of homeless people in the streets who need a home and mental help. I know because I've experienced living in a shelter.
