When it comes to public safety there can be more pup ups to educate people with kiosk, or maybe marathons to raise money for temporary housing.

This topic should receive more funding because a lot of things get slipped under the rug/ignored due to lack of popularity. The more funding that goes towards it the more safety can be spread across; more lives and youth can be helped.
