Creative programs that are free for all and doesn't take age/gender/etc into consideration: a fun and collaborative program for everybody to express and/or learn their own creativity.

This topic area should receive more funding because I feel that as people age, most people's creativity decreases due to many factors but one main factor is the lack of creative activity due to time being allocated somewhere else or they just simply aren't being encouraged to think creatively.
