Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Money should be allocated towards translating/interpreting for clients. Certain departments have resources, it is just a matter of attracting the clients. The budget would be used to hire interpreters, buy document translations, or even give a pay bump to those fulfilling their job description that also have interpreting skills.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
For such a dense city there are always people in need of extra assistance. Similarly, those who are looking/qualify for some assistance aren't getting it due to many barriers. One of which is language.
