Rebuilding New York's people

Create a program that helps build skills for those that weren't fortunate enough to learn. This program would help the disabled, the poor, the homeless etc. Preferably in schools or library/any safe space.

The gap between wealthy and the poor is growing and I think we need to support the unfortunate more.
