Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Social services and the welfare state are insurance for seniors in their old age. We believe that social services should receive increased funding, but the city should also increase spending on public housing. We also strongly feel that the city should drastically increase funding for educational initiatives, such as different afterschool programs, as well as grants and scholarships for NYC students to attend university free of cost

Without education, without loved ones, one has little to strive for, so we believe these things are the basis of society and its future
