Self defense should be something everyone knows how to do because anything can happen to anyone at any time and knowing just enough to get to safety can prevent a lot of things.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
This topic should receive more funding because the streets can be very dangerous and learning self defense should be a requirement to everyone, not just those who can afford it.
