Idea Submission for The People's Money:: Workers should be allowed to unionize themselves for better chance at more opportunities. An internship focused on older adults (particularly looking to get into a new field) for a better chance at a job, and will help and offer support in getting into a union for older adults. This could be internships that could include trade schools, tech or plumbing, etc. It could be hybrid or in-person.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?: Workers should be allowed to unionize themselves for better chance at more opportunities. Not many people in the working force is entitled to it and should be allowed to work with better equipment and fairness.
