Workshops that better educate people about the mental health crisis. Focus on signs and ways to address mental health issues without medication. Include cooking classes and programs that will get to and through people. Can include events.

Mental Health is not just seen and unseen but everyone universal and not supported (taboo). Talk about it! No one is. It's not promoted. Everyone should get help and some are rejected. Too much testing for these issues.
