Essential

Sparkling City

Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Invested research for major rat population and create a harmless resolution. Garbage trucks should be making rounds more often; Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday. Compost in an excluded area so it doesn't affect neighborhoods, beaches, communities. Safe zones should be implemented in highly risked areas, ex: areas near beaches, tall buildings, so they will be ensured to run to this safe zone during a natural disaster.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
This area should receive more funding because for a city that's very popular and looked up to, this place is nasty! The sanitation in subways is a disaster, littering is bad, and the rats are not a good look. This attracts the wrong crowd and gives NYC a bad name.
