Idea Submission for The People's Money:
An after school program that gives student government agency over a small budget to enact changes in their schools. Students will get to see the democratic process enacted in an abbreviated form.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Student government is lacking in showing results that students themselves "feel" and recognize. This program would offer them an opportunity to practice and see the results of the democratic process.
