PB (Participatory Budgeting) in School or PBS
- Idea Submission for The People's Money:
- An after school program that gives student government agency over a small budget to enact changes in their schools. Students will get to see the democratic process enacted in an abbreviated form.
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- Student government is lacking in showing results that students themselves "feel" and recognize. This program would offer them an opportunity to practice and see the results of the democratic process.
