Idea Submission for The People's Money:
1 on 1 job coaching for special needs adults in the community with interactions with the public. Public liaisons in the community to work with employers and agencies. A workshop to train employees to coach special needs adults so they can be supported in the community. Outreach to colleges for interns to get credit to train to coach. Reach out to local politicians to encourage them to hire special needs adults to work in their offices.

Hiring adults with special needs improve employee morale. It provides independency, dignity, and a better quality of life.
