- Idea Submission for The People's Money:
- Have pop-ups throughout various City parks where people can learn to ride a bicycle safely, navigate and find routes through bike paths, and understand traffic laws for cyclists.
- What is the problem your idea aims to address?
- Many New Yorkers live in parts of the city that are not well covered by public transportation. Cars are expensive to purchase and maintain.
