Pop-up biking lessons for New Yorkers of all ages

Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Have pop-ups throughout various City parks where people can learn to ride a bicycle safely, navigate and find routes through bike paths, and understand traffic laws for cyclists.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
Many New Yorkers live in parts of the city that are not well covered by public transportation. Cars are expensive to purchase and maintain. Public transit and driving are both mainly sedentary activities, not great for individuals' health. Many folks could cycle for mobility, to save money, and for their health, but they may be intimidated by the idea of riding a bicycle for the first time.
Which groups does your idea focus on? Select all that apply
Youth (under 24)
Older Adults (65 +)
