How does your organization plan to bring this idea to life?
We will offer structured English language and job training sessions at our program sites, providing safe, supervised childcare so parents can attend consistently. Staff will also provide guidance on navigating benefits, resources, and professional development opportunities, ensuring participants can fully engage and succeed.
What motivated your organization to apply to implement this idea?
We have extensive experience delivering English classes and job training to immigrant and low-income parents, and we understand the barriers that childcare and access challenges create. Our trusted relationships and proven program structure position us to implement this project successfully.
How do you think this project will make a difference in your community?
By removing childcare barriers and offering structured support, this project will help parents gain language skills, job readiness, and confidence, creating stronger families and more economically empowered communities.
