What problem would you like to solve?

Lack of good and high-level profile jobs with good and fair paying salaries for middle class and minority.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Because for long minority and underprivileged people have been ignored and unfairly treated. Leveling the playing field will help change that as well as give more hope and courage to next generation to aspire to be better and more prominent and successful community.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Go to schools and reach out to youngsters, help train them, provide them with tools and information to have better and more positive mindset to have bigger goals . Teach them their rights as citizens and as workers and how to find a good job/career and as well how to make sure they are paid well and fairly.
